The IKTAN Roving team from Tecnológico de Monterrey’s Cuernavaca campus was ranked as one of the top 7 teams worldwide at the 2024 NASA Human Exploration Rover Challenge.

For the second time, RoBorregos, Tec de Monterrey’s robotics team from the Monterrey campus, has won first place in the Open category of the Latin American Robotics Competition in Brazil.

A student from the Tec’s North Sonora campus is participating in a project with NASA in 2023, after having been selected during the 2021 AEXA International Air and Space Program.

Mechatronics engineering students from the Tec’s Sonora Norte campus have participated in an international project with the Ferhat Abbas University in Setif, Algeria.

International collaboration with other universities, global vision, and attracting international talent were some of the key elements that Juan Pablo Murra, Rector of Undergraduate and Graduate Studies at the Tec, sees as necessary for universities in Latin America to face the region’s challenges.
