Tec de Monterrey has announced its new Health Sciences Campus, which will train health professionals, offer medical care, and provide opportunities for scientific research in the same space.

Juan Pablo Murra, Rector for Higher Education at the Tec, spoke about the institution’s experience with the use of artificial intelligence and how they’re incorporating this technology into study programs.

Tec professors have won gold for an innovative education program as part of the Entrepreneurship degree program at the QS Reimagine Education Awards, considered the “Oscars” of education worldwide.

The Water Center for Latin America and the Caribbean is a research and innovation hub sponsored by Tec de Monterrey, FEMSA Foundation, and the Inter-American Development Bank which explores the interaction between nature and its geoprocesses, socio-water systems, science, and technology.

In partnership with technology company Wizeline, it will develop the first Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) Laboratory in Latin America with the aim of driving innovation.
