Nominated 26 times for a Grammy award and winning 6 of them (Metallica, Gil Evans, Gonzalo Rubalcaba, John Coltrane, Joe Henderson, and Ravi Coltrane), Allan Tucker is a distinguished recording and mixing engineer who gives classes at Tec de Monterrey.

He has mastered more than 3,500 albums. Tucker has been nominated for a Grammy award 26 times for his work, and he has won 6 of them. He also runs his own studio, TuckerSound at Foothill Digital in New York and in Monterrey, Mexico.

Tucker is a professor on the Faculty of Excellence program.
